Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. if you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Late Arrival Policy:

We strive to provide the best experience for every client. If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. The full session fee will still apply. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to adjust your appointment accordingly.

Payment Policy:

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. We accept cash, debit/credit cards and online bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of service. 

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy and trust are important to us. We respect your confidentiality and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Any personal or health-related information you provide will be used exclusively for the purpose of delivering the best possible massage therapy experience. We take appropriate security measures to protect your data and all client information is stored securely in compliance with Australian privacy regulations.

Health & Safety Policy:

Your health and well-being are our priority. We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for every session. All surfaces are disinfected between appointments and clean linens are used for each client. If you’re feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to help us maintain a healthy environment for all.

Refund Policy:

Please note that services are non-refundable. If you’re dissatisfied with your treatment or experience, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment, and we’ll be happy to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

Booking Policy:

Booking an appointment is easy! You can book online, via phone or by emailing us. Please ensure that you have selected the correct treatment and time for your session. Card details are required upon booking to secure your appointment, however no payment will be taken until the day of your appointment. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been made. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Treatment Agreement:

By booking an appointment, you consent to receive massage therapy and acknowledge that you have provided accurate health information. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please notify us ahead of your treatment so we can tailor your session to your needs. Please let us know if you experience any discomfort during your session and we will adjust the treatment accordingly.

Liability Waiver:

By booking an appointment, you understand and acknowledge that while massage therapy has numerous benefits, it is not a substitute for medical treatment. You agree to inform your therapist of any pre-existing conditions or concerns. You also agree that BARE Remedial Massage Therapy is not liable for any adverse reactions that may arise from treatment, including injuries or medical issues that may occur before or after the session.
